  • Exercise Testing - VO2max, Skin fold measurements, Strength and Flexibility Testing to get the most accurate results.
  • Sport Specific training covering all aspects of Strength, Speed, Agility and Quickness.
  • In-Season and Off-Season programs to prepare and benefit the athlete at different stages of the year.

  • Personal Training for youth through seniors.
  • Adventure Race Training for GORUCK, Spartan and Tough Mudder.
  • Advanced programs that will help you complete Adventure Races with confidence and strength.
  • Associated with local gyms and personal training studios in Tenafly and Northvale NJ
  • In home and outside training available to cater to your fitness needs.

 

 

REHABILITATION:

  • Assist clients pre and post surgery
  • Rehabilitation from muscle strains to more complex injuries such as hip replacements and knee reconstruction.
  • I partner closely with Physical Therapists to get the most efficient and beneficial recovery.
