PERSONAL TRAINING:

- Personal Training for youth through seniors.
- Adventure Race Training for GORUCK, Spartan and Tough Mudder.
- Advanced programs that will help you complete Adventure Races with confidence and strength.
- Associated with local gyms and personal training studios in Tenafly and Northvale NJ
- In home and outside training available to cater to your fitness needs.
REHABILITATION:
- Assist clients pre and post surgery
- Rehabilitation from muscle strains to more complex injuries such as hip replacements and knee reconstruction.
- I partner closely with Physical Therapists to get the most efficient and beneficial recovery.
